Who Are We ?

Established on 2003, Shanghai Qichuang Metal Products Co., Ltd is a professional manufacturer specialized in quality aluminum aluminum slugs for packaging use. Our products cover from 1070,1060,1050 Stamped aluminium slugs, 3003, 5052, 6061 and 6082 extrude3d aluminium plate.,etc. Our Products are widely used in aerosol bottles, beverage cans, collapsible tubes, electronics capacitor, cosmetics packaging pharmaceutical packaging, food beverage packaging, automotive spare parts, and lithium battery shell. Now our new plant in Hangzhou covers an area of more than 10,000 m2, with 250 various engineering and technical personnel, the annual production capacity is around 50,000 tons. We are equipped with complete aluminium process from ingot smelting furnace, rod drawing machine, tension-extruding machine, continuous extrusion lines, hot rolling mills, cold rolling mills, automatic annealing furnace, automatic stamping and finishing lines, automatic selection and packaging line.

The Qichuang Company established his own Oversea Sales Department to expand his oversea market on 2005, which became our wholly owned subsidiary Shanghai Lvding Aluminum Products Co.,Ltd on 2009. The new economic entity integrated the manufacturing services and sales forces in domestic and overseas markets. With the expansion of our foreign trade these years, now the foreign business parts represent more than 30% of annual turnover, our products have been exported to Mexico, Indonesia, Chile, Egypt, Russia, the United States, Japan, Taiwan and other countries or regions.

Where Are We?

In 2022, a new plant Hangzhou Aoshen Aluminum Products Co.,Ltd was established in Zhejiang Province, near Hangzhou City. Shanghai Qichuang Metal Products Company and Aoxing Group invested 60 million RMB and co-founded the new plant with cutting-edge automatic equipment such as continuous casting and continuous rolling production line and continuous annealing furnace. We are supported by Qichuang Metal Products Company with so many years experience and expertise in aluminum slug field. We have reached 50,000 tons capacity per year.
